Dear Mr. Nibourg,
I would just like to mention our appreciation of the service
we received at the Twin Maples Motel on a recent trip to the
U.S.A. We were running late on our journey and decided that
a night's rest in Arnprior would be advantageous, a pleasant
city with available accommodation.
We decided to try Twin Maples as some time before we had
stayed elsewhere but were not entirely satisfied, this time
we clearly made the right decision. The greeting I received
from Rick as I entered the office, a genuine welcome and his
sense of humour made the evening seem less tedious. The accommodations
were ample and most comfortable, enough so that we stretched
our return drive to make sure we reached Twin Maples again before
stopping for the night. Once again Rick welcomed us and his
good natured manner made for a very comfortable and relaxing
night.
Living in a city where we do our best to encourage visitors we do recognize when someone is a good embassador for their town, people like Rick and his wife will certainly remain in our memories and we would not hesitate to recommend both Arnprior and the Twin Maples to other travellers.
